Aside from a smorgasbord of awesome presentations and workshop sessions, opportunities to learn, network and make new contacts, there are those awkward conference things to consider.<\/p>\n<p>Like where to park \u2013 and how much will it cost? What to do with the kids for the day? And how about some fun and fresh air, too?<\/p>\n<p>Relax &#8211; we\u2019ve got you covered.<\/p>\n<p>WordCamp 2017 returns to our favourite venue, the <a href=\"http:\/\/riverclub.co.za\/index.php\">River Club.<\/a> We love the relaxed-yet-luxurious feel of the conference facilities. Previous attendees agree: It\u2019s like being in the country \u2013 although only minutes away from, well, everywhere in Cape Town!<\/p>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"525\" height=\"296\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vlew1UnvD84?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<p>Situated just outside the CBD traffic congestion zone, there\u2019s plenty of free, secure parking for all.<\/p>\n<p>Spacious, with lawns stretching towards Table Mountain, there\u2019s a suite of fully stocked bars, restaurants and outdoor seating for private, small group discussions or one-on-ones with fellow WordPressers and speakers.<\/p>\n<p>River Rascals Kids Club<\/p>\n<p>Worried about the kids? Bring them along! They\u2019ll have fun at the <a href=\"http:\/\/riverclub.co.za\/index.php\/play\/kids-club\">River Rascals Kids Club<\/a> &#8211; a\u00a0secure, supervised play area with jungle gyms, caregivers and indoor games. It\u2019ll be a fabulous adventure for children aged one to 12 years (remember, kids under three should be accompanied by a caregiver).<\/p>\n<p>Need to do something healthy and fun during breaks? Then the driving range is the place for you \u2013 no previous experience needed. There will be plenty of balls and clubs at hand for you to bring out your inner Tiger.
