PayFast is a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites that enables the easy and safe transfer of money from buyers to sellers. The company allows merchants to accept payment from local and international customers via a variety of different payment methods including cards (credit, debit and cheque), Instant EFT, Masterpass, Zapper, mobicred and SCode. PayFast is integrated into over 80 different ecommerce platforms making setup as user-friendly as possible and everything is secured by robust PCI DSS Level 1 security. In mid-2019, PayFast became part of the DPO Group, spurring the growth of the largest African payment service provider.
